If it is not there, the issue might be that your organisation or email service provider is blocking emails from this source - it might be prudent to connect with your IT department to whitelist the email address.
Otherwise, please email Janine for further assistance (please note that requests will need to be sent by 15h00 the day before the session in order to be guaranteed that a response will be sent in time).

Your participation in PTCMA programmes will be awarded with a certificate which can be used for CPD accreditation, but you will need to follow the processes as set out by the SAPC to get acknowledgement of the CPD activity.
For more information on how CPD accreditation for Pharmacists work, please view the SAPC website.
The certificates for V_CPDs will be available for download on the PTCMA Portal once the attendance has been captured. Please allow 7 days for the attendance to be captured.

As per the HPCSA's processes updated in February of 2022, all attendance for HPCSA registered individuals will be sent to them directly at the beginning of the month following the event to record CPD points directly on their system.
Certificates for the online courses will be emailed to the delegates.
We send out a monthly reminder to download certificates with a link directly to the page where users can download them. If you are not logged into the Portal, this link could give you a 500 Server Error. Please log into the Portal and then follow the link again. If it still doesn't work, please email Janine and she will assist you further.
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by following the link on the login page.

PTCMA is aware of recent security issues with this platform and reassure our members that we are taking every measure possible to keep our virtual meetings secure. As such, the following measures are in place:
- The PTCMA makes use of the paid service from Zoom with more advanced features
- We enforce encryption by default and make sure it's end-to-end if possible
- All delegates need to register for the meetings and are manually approved by the PTCMA host before receiving a link to join the meeting
- All meetings are password protected
- To ensure secure meetings, registration will close at 12h00 on the day before the meeting.
- All users are held in a waiting room so the PTCMA to prevent unauthorised access
- We do not give access to “dial-in” participants
- Each join link will allow the user to join from only one device, so link-sharing will not be possible
- Only hosts and presenters will have the ability to share a screen.
- For those participants concerned about security, the option to join from the browser is enabled.
