Subscribe to our calendar to get our updated event details directly in your calendar
We send out invites to all users on our portal, but sometimes you want the events imported to your calendar so that you are aware of them when you plan your week. By subscribing to our calendar, all the events in our calendar (according to the filters set by you) will download to your mail calendar. As we update the events online, it will automatically update them in your calendar as well.

At the beginning of each year we create all our events in our calendar to help you save the dates. As the programme for each event becomes available, we will update the events.
Subscribe to the calendar
By subscribing to our calendar, all our events will be downloaded to your calendar (as per your filter). As we update the events, this will automatically update the events in your calendar as well, meaning you do not need to come to our website to view the programme.
- Select the type and region of events you would like to add to your calendar and click on the subscribe button.
- Select your email programme and follow the instructions.
This is how the events will display in Outlook. If you click on the specific event, it will show all the relevant information with the updated programme as it becomes available.
To combine the PTCMA calendar with your personal Outlook calendar so that all the events shows in one calendar view, right-click on the PTCMA calendar and select overlay.
